What chain lengths do you carry?
Mariner-style chains from 16 to 28 inches. 16–18 in sits high at the collarbone, 20–24 in is the common everyday length, and 26–28 in wears long.
Is the chain solid silver or plated?
Solid .925 sterling — the mariner links are diamond-cut and stamped 925 MEX. Nothing plated or hollow-filled.
Is a chain a good padrino or quinceañera gift?
It's one of the most common — a length that suits the person now and still fits years later, in real silver they can pass down.
How does it fasten, and will it tarnish?
Lobster or spring clasp depending on the piece. Sterling darkens with air and moisture over time; store it dry, keep it off perfume and chlorine, and polish with a soft cloth. Slight tarnish is normal and cleans off.
